Am I the only one who loved how dark and disturbing Episode 5 got? Hit me right in the feels. I did love the tone of Episode 5, a lot...it was weird, but weird is a good thing. My big thing, with no spoilers, it is how Dontnod ended. I dont feeling the ending did the game's story any justice. I get why Dontnod basically had to do it that, because the way I would have ended proabably would have left more questions.

Life Is Strange is an amazing game, and it will FOREVER be one of the most memorable I have ever played. I've never had a game make me cry so much, ever. It was such a crazy and emotional experience! And it feels so weird when I think about Episode 1, back when we had absolutely no idea what we were getting ourselves into. I plan on playing it again to choose Bay over Bae and get the achievements, but I need a day to do that where I won't have to worry about being depressed, lol. I kinda wish I would have gotten more into the fandom, but I can wait on that. I'm a bit peeved that it didn't win for best narrative at the awards a few days ago, but oh well. CAN'T WAIT TILL SEASON 2! WOOO!
Edit: Life Is Strange also got dark as all hell after Chaos Theory. Bae over Bay any day! Is Season 2 actually confirmed???

Season 2 is in the works as of now, but it will not be the same characters unfortunately...I was really starting to like Max, too! ;-;

If the next season had her as a protagonist again I don't think it could live up to season 1. Can't wait for more information on season 2!

Ok so for the last few weeks I've been watching Broughy play this game every Friday and I got completely hooked on it since the ending of the 3rd episode. Since nobody I know on RL has heard about it, Im gonna go on a bit of a rant here . I feel like this game barely got any atention or publicity, specially not in Spain, the first time I heard about it was in these streams. Which is a shame because by the time I found out how amazing it was, it was too late for me to buy it and play it myself, and that is obviously better than watching someone else play it . I will most likely buy and play LIS 2 whenever it comes out although I'd be surprised if its as good as the first one. The game itself is IMO a masterpiece. I've never really been affected by sad movies/videogames (having played TLOU, watched TWD, etc) I never think about them for more than 1 day or 2 after playing/watching them. That was, atleast, until I watched the 3rd episode of LIS which had me thinking about it for one week, then same with the 4th, and now with the 5th :/ .Ive never been so close to crying over a piece of fiction before. I will now go on more specific details, so the rest of this post will contain some Spoilers so beware: SPOILER ALERT (for some reason theres 2 spoiler thingies, click on the "LIS spoiler" to read it ) {LIS Spoiler} One of the most amazing things about this game IMO is the ending. While it may not be the most original ending I liked how everything finished where it started. But the best part is the choice. I've always been rational about this kind of moral choices. I'd push a guy on the traintracks to save a bunch of people, that kind of thing. But it is obvious that these things change drastically when one of the involved parties isnt just some random unknown guy but someone you actually know and care about. This game is so good at making you love the characters (and specifically Chloe), form an emotional bond with her, that at the very end 47% of the pllayers would sacrifice a whole town to save her (and I would do it too). Giving it more thought, youre not only choosing the best for Chloe but also for Max. Surely wiping Arcadia bay is gonna be hard, but at least she has Chloe on her side to start a new life and get over it. On the other ending you leave Chloe to die before 90% of this game has happened, without ever seeing Max again, finding out about Rachel, etc. and Max has to go on with her life, with all the memories of last week, which didnt actually happen, and no way to ever tell anyone or have any proof of it. I feel like she'd go insane/depressed after that. I just couldnt settle down for that ending /rant over. I feel much better now that I've vented this
