Motor of the Month Competition

I was thinking if one hadnt been created yet (I know there is a snapmatic competition) however this is different as there would be a particular theme per month such as water, sunset etc. and members could post one pic of their choosing for that theme and then maybe a poll could be added for users to select their favourite from the cars in the list?
