Anyone having trouble with Component Parts for Amy? I mean I passed it on a fluke after 5 frustrating hours but almost everyone I play with is stuck on it. The AI simply rubberbands wayyy too much

The AI simply rubberbands wayyy too much yer my 1000BHP GT-R got left for dead on the straights, limited to 160mph for some reason, got an Aventador with a few mods and did it first time

Yep cars get limited when you're outside of freemode. I talked about this a bit in my review of the beta and a few responses pointed out that NFS is about balance and that means making most cars competitive throughout the game. It wouldn't be so bad if the AI wasn't the way it is, with drift events being the most damning example. In the later races, an AI driver can collide with a truck halfway through a switchback and still collect 10k points.
It's frustrating at times but overall I've really enjoyed the game. It might be the first game I actually get a platinum trophy for, but that's because most of the trophies are pretty straightforward. One race to go, 7ish daily challenges, and about 15 collectibles are all I've got left to do. The customization is fun but I still wish there was more variety in the cars themselves. Hopefully those promised free DLCs aren't few and far between. Crew play is rewarding as well, but I wish it weren't so difficult to set up.

Like the limit of 5 cars, I really get to know the cars I have, get a bond with them almost

completed the story after 26 hours of game time, loved every minute... well maybe hated a few glitches and bugs the game is far from perfect, but I think EA knew it didn't have to be, the NFS franchise is loved by many, only the Crew can compare, but I haven't played that so can't pass a judgement. Only used 4 cars actually (apart from the two you are forced to use for missions), so still got loads to try out

Like how you get almost full value and mods when selling cars. Allows for flexibility with cars. Save your wraps and pop em on when you rebuy the car. Not like gta where you take a 40 to 70% loss

Only 2 daily challenges off of getting the platinum trophy. 4 days for a platinum is god damn quick, so is the story. Done after 2 days. Game seems like it will get boring after a couple of weeks IMO. After hitting level 50 you're just stuck in a free roam world where you have 0 contact with any of the crew anymore. Customisation is great, story was okay bar the cringey cut-scenes. I don't see any option to start the story fresh and keep your old save like a new game/load game screen which is a bit of a shambles.
This game could have been so good if they had just changed a few things. For example setting up a free roam session where only your friends can join. Currently the only way to get in the same session as a friend already in another session, is to restart the game. Also, after finishing the campaign, there is literally nothing to do except to try and beat other people's lap records. Always online is a joke, if PSN is down or your internet is playing up, NFS would be a good game to play, but you can't. Last but not least, online racing isn't really a thing, which I don't mind, but in a world so small and a limited amount of events I can't help but feel a multiplayer racing aspect to the game could only improve it.
Had the potential to revive the NFS series but fails to deliver basic game functions.

vxwk tend to agree about little to do after the story. There are DLCs coming so I would like to see some story extension maybe. In terms of the length of the story, it took me 26 hours to complete and I didn't spend much time doing anything other than main missions. I think GTA has been completed in like 12 hours so it's not that short in comparison, but sadly there's not a lot to do. Being a pure car game, there's not as much variety as GTA, it's far from the perfect game. I enjoy it still, but unless there are going to be frequent DLCs that are of good quality, like more missions, map extension, settings to turn off traffic in races to make it more competitive, etc I don't think it will last for more than a few months

I've been playing the living crap out of NFS 2015 lately. Love the customization and the graphics, though there was a bit of a difficulty spike in one of the races. I can't wait for the free DLC updates though.

I'm loving NFS so far, even though Component Parts was a bit of a nightmare to complete. I bought the Aventador to try and win it but still struggled, went back to my old Skyline and won it with that Sold my Aventador and now I'm left with 200k to customise a Silvia and 240SX with

The whole trying to matchmake with friends is absolute crap and when you do finally matchmake you all have to crew up again. AI Rubberbands too much.... your telling me you got 10k drift for driving in a straight line? Online racing needs to be there. Yeah u can run missions or challenge each other to stupid things but u cant get a lobby of friends to have an organized race.
Honestly don't see myself sticking with this game. Nothing will have the replay ability of NFS World in terms of an online game (well till EA Ruined it in early 2011 and pretty much killed it in 2012)

The Legends update was laughable at best.
Ghost games had the chance to do something cool and they fked it up.
All of the Most Wanted ect replicas /recreations are incorrect to some degree and what had me facepalming the worst was "Angie's" Challenger. They put her Dodge Charger 21st street crew design (that is horribly made) on a Challenger WHEN SHE HAD A STACKED DECK CHALLENGER FFS!!!!
