Ill-Gotten Gains Car Performance Predictions

Since there is a thread about real life Motorsport trying to predict the best racers for any given race/championship, how about we do something just a little different. Based solely off of the screenshots given in the Ill-Gotten Gains announcement post on Social Club, try and predict the lap times the cars will achieve around CCGP Testing Track as well as their overall rank on Broughy's fully upgraded car list. The closest guesses will give the predictor bragging rights since I'm too cheap to give an actual reward, so show your prowess at uninformed gambling and try for the closest time.

Examples:

Osiris - 1st overall - 1:00.000
Stirling GT - 13th overall - 1:05.000
Windsor - 40th overall - 1:10.000
Virgo - 80th overall - 1:15.000
