If you give me a reason that doesn´t include hitting it b/c you didn´t see it as you were cutting the corner I think turning in through there is a more natural line, or that's what the Codemasters F1 driver in me thinks. I also think if you go for an overtake there, the barrier dooms the car being passed to having to avoid or creates a divebomb.

OK, so as an update - the first race will be 20 laps of Ovivo's Montreal track, followed by 20 laps of Broughy's Blaine County South.
These tracks are of sufficiently different nature as to give the characteristics of all the cars a workout and favour none.
A short break between the circuits will allow teams to tweak their setups between the two, to extract the maximum possible each time.
The second race is tentatively scheduled for Friday 27 August at 10pm UTC (so, for myself and Saber, that's 8am Sat 28th). The two tracks utilised then will be F1 Cluck'n'Bell and Blaine County N. Again, in between races there will be a period to adjust the cars so they're optimised for each track.
Note: Blaine N has a very small pitlane and a very short run down to Turn 1. The potential to ruin a race is high, so people are encouraged to practice in groups to avoid being a Romain Grosjean!

Made the suggested changes to the Montreal track. Should be fine now.

Thanks Ovivo, appreciate it. Also, because I was having to change setups between practice sessions, depending on the track, and spending a fair chunk of cash to do it, I bit the bullet and... Foreground is my setup for Montreal/Cluck'n'Bell, background is my Blaine County N/S setup. It's a mix of suspension and wings.

Can I recommend to all participants that, where they are engaging in practice sessions of these tracks, they are including a pit stop? It will make life easier for you if you know where the pit lane entrance is, that the pitlane shape is, and where/how it rejoins the track.

I've redone the grid for both races using list.org/random - factoring in the new addition of Speedophile Racing. ovivoJR - I don't know who at list.org you've put offside but it only wants you to start at one end of the grid or the other! I assume the first race is the equivalent of a pit lane start due to being unable to get your car out for Q1 after a shunt in FP2. Or something. Just channel Seb Vettel from 2012 Abu Dhabi and you'll be fine. Plus pole position for race two...!

Vangelico Racing - Now Entering the SATCC
It's no news that high level racing takes some great experience and most of the times a fast car, that's why Vangelico has decided to sponsor michiski22 and cloudmcshort in the San Andreas Touring Car Championship.
We've spoken to the CEO of Vangelico and he told us the following:
- We here at Vangelico are all about class and style, hence why we sell the most exclusive jewelry in Los Santos. We thought that we'd need some publicity to build our reputation back up after the very unfortunate incident we've had lately, which has set us back both economically and reputation wise.
We decided to ask him about this "incident", what it was, and why it has affected them so much, here's what he had to say:
- Normally I'd prefer not to tell the media about this, but I'll make an exception. Our store got robbed, huge amounts of jewelry was lost and we soon found out from the LSPD that it was a carefully planned heist. This took a big hit in our economy and we're still struggling. Of course, we still wanted to contribute in a way to the drivers, but as we could not afford anything spectacular car wise, we went out and found a cheap Japanese import that is tuned to fit our needs in the competition.
- We feel confident in our drivers and hopefully our lack of mechanics on the team won't be a major problem. Due to financial issues we don't have enough funds to pay for a crew, so it's basically just the drivers and the cars.
We at Weazel News wish best of luck to the Vangelico Racing Team, and we'll of course be covering the event when it commences.
This has been Weazel News at 10 o'clock, hope you all have a great day, see you tomorrow for more news and great stories!
