Please complete steps 4 and 5 as Mid has explained below and post back when you are done. All you have to do now is make your social club account visible to at least your crew and friends. It should look like this under your privacy settings:  Then make your linked accounts available to be seen by at least crew and friends as well, which can be done from the linked accounts tab, and looks like this:  |

Something messed up since I posted that >~< Basically I'm refunding, and then rebuying the game for reasons of Steam is a bit weird, but yes, I am actually supposed to join NoDo PC  I'll post again when it's in order (and NoDo Xbone is also correct, I just realized I never re-applied for rep) |
