So today I did my first PC Race, in a PL hosted by meetmypyro I immediately felt something was wrong as the car would hardly turn. So far on PC I had only driven lowriders so I assumed the bad turning was due to the hydraulics. So I went to a track I knew well, and tested both the Dualshock 4 and the Xbox One controller, and recorded the Xbox One controller clip. It turns out my car will hardly turn. I don't understand what's wrong I have the correct drivers, and the right stick turns fine, and the DS4 works fine on my PS4, but on PC, well the video shows it. P.S. sorry for poor video quality, still working on recording settings

Does it do this in any game or just GTA V? Try using the gamepad calibration in game and see if that gets you anywhere.
