What happened to the rumble strips made out of concrete barriers? I saw them in a kinda old GUnit123 video. What happened to them? I dont think they got patched, are they just unreasonable?

But there are those out there who like using them, but they havent been patched.

They can either send your car flying if you hit them at the wrong angle, or they'll act as extra curb boosts. I tried them on one of my tracks and subsequently removed them and now avoid them like the plague .

The main issue with rumble strips is that if not placed in a correct manner, they will send your car flying or rolling. This is the case with the ones used by Gun1t, who was mentioned earlier.
However, I like to think the strips on my own tracks provide a good way to see the apexes, and since they are sunk into the track properly, tend to not cause issues such as flipping cars. Exceptions to this are lowriders and Factions, since those things clip anything.
A few examples of the ones used in my tracks in this video:
On the first track you see, the rumble strips are almost flat on the ground. They don't provide as much elevation to actively hinder the drivers. Except for the one on the outside at 0:20. It's angled a little higher so as to push cars away from the fence. This is also the only one that could provide some sort of boost, but as you can see, were it not there, the regular kerb underneath would do the exact same thing anyway. Later in the video, at 3:07, is another set of strips. They provide a better way to see the apex, and if you were to drive over the strips, they would push you slightly outward, away from barriers and other obstacles on the kerbs.
Having said all this, rumble strips do not necessarily make a track better, they just make it look more like a race track. Rumble strips can, however, make a track much worse, if you don't know how to place them properly.
