I know this is out there but didn't you say you were using the mid level spoiler James? I used that briefly in practice and the car was slow as hell for some reason. I changes to the drag wing and the car was fine again. It's either that or yeah, your R2 is broken  I actually changed my controller half way through the race (thats why i was 2 laps down). made no difference. But yes i did have the middle wing. maybe it's the problem? sold the car now but i will get another one and test it because i really need to sort out whats going on. driving me crazy.. do think my internet is also contributing as well. my download was 4 but upload had dropped to 0.2 Hoping to sort that out as well this week so fingers crossed. When is the last time you cleared out your game cache? It could be something to do with that. You didn't seem to have that problem at the Sedans endurance race, has anything changed since then? |

It is a recent problem and i cant work it out. I have upgraded my internet which will start on 6th of April. it has been running slower the last month or so and it has created some lagging and sync problems. Checked my controllers. I will clear the game cache. Might even re-install the game as well. I am ok if i am only with 8 people or less. It just cant cope with any more. I might look at re-wiring the phone cables in the house as well. upgrade everything from the main box. I will work it out in the end but i work 6 days a week and so have little time to do anything. |

jameznash I guess the problem is with your internet, hopefully when you upgrade the issue will go away. I remember back when Broughy did the Supers Showdown on RON Raceway, Shaggy during his live stream, was experiencing similar problems to yourself. He was finding it difficult to be competitive and had some lag issues. You could also try these suggestions form the Rockstar Support if your not doing so already. It might help until you upgrade your internet.

Anytime I've asked them for help, they tell me to do the same thing every time. LOL |

I had less problems last night in the 'should be compacts' race.
I deleted everything off my PS4 and changed actually turned it off properly (which clears the system of crap).
I still had a few DC's in lobby but hopefully the updated internet from the 6th of April will help that part.
Fingers crossed - seems a bit better

Therefore I will have to resign from this championship (and also as reserve from the main one, but Ill make a separate post for that). R* servers are Awful at the minute. Last night we lost 3-4 players every race and we only had 8 of us racing. Then every race lobby we would all be put on our own or drop out again.
Sundays race - we will be lucky if we have half the field left at the end.
I wont even be doing one lap of practice because i can be certain i will either drop out as it starts or last 5 minutes at best. So it is just not worth the effort.

I played a playlist with a couple of friends last night, and some randoms joined, I think we were about 8-10 players throughout the playlist, and I don't think anyone DC'ed. Only problem was when I was going to do 3 laps at NL, and we ended up in separate lobbies when the race started(we were only 2 at that time, so we both ended up alone in a lobby  |
