I think I started to appreciate Verstappen's skills. His overtakes were really impressive at Silverstone and were one of the few moments in the last few years that reminded me of the good old times.

They should do better next season. This year's car was screwed over due to the takeover going through so late, at least thats my understanding. Sauber seem to be the team in the most trouble at the moment and I guess it wouldn't be a surprise to see them quit at the end of the season if they can't even get a point.

Do you know the feeling, when you go outside, and you know it is going to rain in a couple of hours? Edit: I'd like to guess the lotto numbers like this

Rosberg is holding back tears here! Great drives from Ricciardo and Verstappen; Max might've complained he was driving like a grandma but that was Ricciardo managing tyres for that crucial undercut on Ferrari. Kimi and Verstappen are always watchable when battling. The penalty for Button was ridiculous. lol @ Rosberg. Oh_Darn ovivoJR

endersai, you're wrong. Riciardo was driving to slow and Verstappen lost positions because of that. Verstappen was clearly faster, but overtaking is very difficult on that track. I actually thought Verstappen would get a penalty for the second incident with Raikkonen, because he changed direction really late. It was right on the edge and could have easily turned into a 5-second penalty.

Jeffrey, how many stops did Ricciardo make, when did he make them, and how many places did he lose at the end because of the tyre wear early on?
Track temp was over 50C. Ricciardo, as the leading Red Bull driver, has the call on strategy and he drove to preserve his rubber and ensure at the end, when Vettel was charging, he could defend. Which is why he was less under attack from the faster Ferrari driver than Max was from the slower Ferrari driver.
As good as he is, Max needs a bit more of a strategic mindset and less of a tactical one. That contact with Kimi was his fault, amateurish, and deserving of a penalty for weaving.

You forget that Kimi was on the softer tyre. So that's why Max had more problems defending. The contact wasn't his fault. He changed direction once and then turned in. Kimi wasn't far enough on the inside to claim that line. The second time Max probably was to late changing his direction, but he was lucky not to get a penalty for that. Btw I agree with you about Button. That penalty was bullshit.

The bird was +10 place grid penalty in the DTM a few years ago, where is Hamilton's penalty? Rigged the whole system.

Do you mean the hand gesture when the backmarker got in the way? As far as I'm aware no one has been penalised like that in F1 before.

Yeah, and the DTM is the bigger from the 2 series, more people watching, it is more important there as the promoters, the drivers are behaving in an exemplary way.
Also I guess it is fine, because the ham thinks, he didn't do it, so it didn't happend... (It didn't happend on his screen?). How can someone deny what he did on live TV? He is a focking liar, not playing fair, and an egomaniac a**hat. I don't get why he is so popular in the media. I hope his luck runs out soon, and everyone can see it.
Example: He made a mistake in FP2 in Hungary. After it he started to blame the renewal of the track, and how they got too much money, and that's why the track got a new tarmac... In reality, the Track owners got an ultimatum to do it, or the track is going to be removed from the calandar.
Example2: He didn't got a penalty, when he did an overtake during yellow flag. A few weeks later, he prosecuted his own teamate, because he didn't slow down enought during yellow flag, and started to speak about how important to comply the yellow flag rules.
If someone starts to defend him, I'll continue ranting, and I'll bring up 2 examples against him for every example defending him. Last weekend he completly lost any chance for remotely look at him as a sportman.
