{Spoiler}#1: Since you are called Verstappen #2: Since Verstappen is outside of you #3:
Why are you so salty? Jealous?
Because the FIA is not consistence with their penalties, Ham shoud have started from 12th, just because he didn't got a warning, like Kvyat did last season for the same reason, which would been the 3rd one.
Rosberg got a penalty, the rule is deleted 2 races later.
Why am I salty? Because the system is rigged, and it is against the fair drivers. Why? Because fair drivers are keep getting the penalties, because dirty drivers push them into scenarios, where it is not avoidable. Why? Because they are keep encouraging dirty moves.

Rosberg was the one with the dirty move pushing Verstappen of the track.
If you need to lift off the brake, to avoid to crash someone, who moved during braking (which is againts the rules) I think noone should expect you to do the turn perfectly, Verstappen couldn't do the same turn, because he lifted to change direction as well, if he would have turned in, nobody would have got a penalty. You know, cut back.

Rosberg chose to not turn in when he could. He waited turning in up to a point where there was no space for max anymore. Nothing more than a total dick move. He did the exact same thing to Hamilton on the Red Bull Ring.

He couldn't, because he needed to dodge Verstappen, who moved during braking which is against the rules, and dangerous.

Full lock on the steering wheel my ass.
Penalty deserved, tried to pull the same move he did vs Hamilton.
And you are not allowed to defend while braking, but you can move while braking.

Dude, stop lying to yourself.
Rosberg did the exact same thing before. It wasn't a mistake, it was a deliberate move. Therefore the penalty is deserved.

Because Verstappen wasn't defending. Nice reasoning. He moved, during braking, while Rosberg was trying to overtake, and you are saying he wasn't defending. You just proved yourself wrong.

It's different. And don't say to me you would left enough braking distance during an overtake to dodge someone, who is moving dangerously. This drivers brake nearly perfect where the limit is, if you need to change directions you need to brake less, which means you can't start your corner where you planned. Because 1 you moved, so you starting with a different line, 2 you have more speed. You are going to go wide, because you physically can't make the corner.
The reason this happened with Rosberg it's, because Verstappen moved way too late. Of Rosberg wouldn't move to dodge him, it would have been a crash. Therefore Rosberg was dodging a crash, which means he was doing the right thing, which have him a penalty. And that is just stupid.

Seriously, what do you have against Verstappen? Or are you a huge Rosberg fan? Rosberg was an idiot in this situation and the stewards acted accordingly. He just drove straight while he could have turned in. It isn't in Rosbergs nature to be an agressive driver. But because he's losing against Hamilton driving that way, he now overcompensates and that's why he's getting penalties now.

I'm against Verstappen because he is dangerous to others, and I'm against the FIA, because they keep encouraging him to be aggressive. Soon someone will have enough of his dangerous moved during braking, and not going to dodge him, or not going to be able to dodge him, and it is going to end up in a huge crash, which could lead to someone injury, or worst.
Also prove to me that Rosberg was able to turn in, just didn't want to. Last time he said he choose to not turn, what about this time? He is not a liar, that is mister "I wasn't showing my middle finger".

Rosberg should be penalised IF Verstappen didn't move in the braking zone. For me if, that's Verstappen's fault for moving in with he braking zone which should be a penalty. Verstappen is the Prost of this era. He can do no wrong according to the FIA. Moves twice at Silverstone, no pen. Moves twice at Hungary, no pen even though it nearly ended Kimi's race. Aggressive defending, moves far too late than is safe, and when Rosberg gives him a taste of his own medicine he cries on team radio.
He's young, he will learn, he will get better, but FFS Verstappen take your smug grin off your face and accept you make mistakes like ever other driver. Moving in the braking zone is fucking dangerous.
If they penalise Rosberg for that, they've got to penalise Max for moving in the braking zone, Max on Kimi at Hungary, and Lewis at Canada.
Be consistent with your decisions FIA. Max can be amazing but take your tongue out his arse and accept he can be in the wrong and needs to learn.
Max can do something wrong in the eyes of the stewards if you remember Monaco last year with Grosjean. Grosjean braked way earlier than the laps before, but still Verstappen got a penalty. So don't talk like he can't do anything wrong in the eyes of the stewards. The only action that might be worth of a penalty was the second one with Kimi in Hungary, but that was 50/50.
Rosberg did the same thing with Hamilton in Austria. However Verstappen was smart enough to avoid contact, otherwise Rosberg would have gotten a bigger penalty. So Rosberg was actually lucky in that situation.
