I have no idea @hiberg , I'm not the one making the rules. I see, it's because you are following the wrong rules (ISO 3166). International Olympic Committee (IOC) and FIFA got it right.

I updated the opening post and everyone is in. According to the article 2.2 (hehe) I added two spots for OhDarn and Madderose as I'm sure they will make the tournament more interesting. Sign-ups are now closed (reserve drivers may still apply). Ryachi , I was quite hesitant on letting you in. You're not a crew member, I suppose you're waiting on tomorrow's purge. After you joined the crew, I'd like you to take the steps required to become a crew Representative, or at least the steps to become eligible for events. This will be your first event and we're using some "advanced" stuff that may not be obvious to you, so I'd also like you to join the Welcome to NoDo weekly playlist that is held every saturday by the good @pezby , this is the perfect place to learn the basics. So, your spot is reserved, but subject to these two conditions. Other than that, welcome! :p Thanks HiBerg, the IOC codes are looking better for sure. :)

Ganjalo take as many reserves in as possible, since the recent events sadly showed us, that always 3-4 people are missing at least, which is not nice. Don't close sign ups for reserve, so the people who can't attend have a big list of people to chose from.

We are driving literally stock cars, Hero. This is because the free practice takes place in a Capture mode, where all available cars are spawned at the pits. You have 15 minutes to spend however you like, trying out all cars, or practicing the track with just one if that's your thing. I think it's a good idea to take each one for a test drive because they might not always drive like the upgraded ones, plus you get to know what your opponents will have to deal with. Thanks for clearing this up, was a bit confused since one of the banners has only racecars in. Time for some thursday practice

Ganjalo could you put on the main post that all drivers are limited to 60fps, just to make sure everyone see's it.

This has to be a gentlemen's agreement, as I have no way to enforce such a rule. You don't have to cap your frame rate, but if you don't, your results are not accurate and you shouldn't feel very proud. Agreed, I'll try and make it more visible in the opening post.
Edit :

Well you can tell people to record with a fps-device in background as everyone should have, and if there is need you can look at that footage.

Sure, I remember we were considering it for Grotti F1. I think it's way too much hassle though, especially for a small tournament like the Sunday Cup. I believe we can trust everyone. Thanks for the suggestion though, it's great to have some input.

So how do you go about capping your FPS at 60?

Yes, the easiest way is to use the in-game vertical synchronization (v-sync) setting that synchronises your FPS with your monitor refresh rate. Most of us have 60 Hz monitors so v-sync will limit your frame rate at 60 FPS. If you have a 120 Hz monitor, you'll want to use the half v-sync setting.
