Santos gave some good advice. Your rig is ABSOLUTELY - and i mean absolutely capable of the game. What has helped for me are 16gigs of RAM. For some unknown reason the game REALLY likes that. I got about 20 frames more after the Upgrade, i'm on 4690k/980.
Don't listen to everyone here, some things are just blatant BS
