This event might start a bit later than expected, since a lot of us are participating in the other event right before this one. Prelobby will probably be up at 8:15 PM UTC I'm in the fmj for Pfister cuz itsame dropped out

For pre-lobby, just get everyone into it and go. No waiting around since it's behind schedule.

I'm sorry for putting this behind. Bad preparation on my behalf.

well that was a shit show Well...in general...yes it was.
However, for some of the people who are relatively new to NODO or racing itself, it wasnt too bad, since still a good amount of them finished despite what happened. Same goes for 3-4 older members who finished or helped hosting the event last minute.

Yes, I understand that. You will go through some ups and downs with events. Sometimes they will work better and sometimes they dont work as they were planned.
And for my pace. Well, I had clean air during the whole race, a good amount of practice and a good day in general.

I know as event organizer last minute, I could have done better . I did my best and hope that no one who missed the race was online at the time. I left almost an hour in or whatever for two reasons. As for my race . . . I wasn't fond of the track selection. At least with these cars. Reason number two was I was hungry It was around 5:30pm my time and usually NoDo event's don't carry out this late, So, at some point, my hunger kicks in . As for the issues with certain members in our party, all of the ones who caused the event to become a "shit show" have apologized from what I have seen. Yes it is unfortunate that this had to happen. But maybe, we can finally make a system to deal with trolls in events in the future. I will be making a proposal to the commissioners of the crew to get feedback on some idea's I've developed. But this can possibly lead to a bright future now that we had this experience today. (Not just in this event) To ensure that all future event's run smoothly and without any grief issues. Pre-lobby or mid-race. Anyways, thanks everyone for showing up despite the last minute changes. Hope everyone found something to enjoy while participating. and GG to the winners. Massive GG's go to Niko for being fucking fast. I can't say I could have challenged you on this day. After two previous events today I was tired heading into this one. Maybe next time we meet I can make sure your race isn't so lonely

This "Party chat" seems to be a recurring problem having similar issues in other events as well...

This "Party chat" seems to be a recurring problem having similar issues in other events as well... While the people in the party are fine. I can say that some actions performed by members of our party aren't the most thought out actions. To prevent it in the future, hopefully commissioners will agree with my proposal to eliminate this problem for future events. I'm not going into details here since I want to hear the thought's of the people who run the crew's first. It's sad that this had to happen for what possibly could be happening within the next week or so.

Maybe next time we meet I can make sure your race isn't so lonely They haven't apologized. In the slack chat after the race, all I saw was attempts at excusing their behavior, which makes me think it will just happen again. If you don't like the track selection or amount of laps, just don't participate. Trolling in an event is usually a very serious offensive. I really don't think some of these guys in your elite party chat should be allowed to participate on future events. Some of us take them seriously. In the sense that we are respectable to other drivers, we prepare, and we try to have fun and don't troll when things don't go our way. Things need to change or they will get worse I predict. Thanks to those who stayed in the race and didn't troll. I can't blame all those who left because I honestly was gonna leave because I didn't know if I was being targeted as well. I think someone was thinking about sniping me but didn't at the last second. Where's the leadership?
