Overall I can't really decide which I preferred, both races where really enjoyable for me. For the sake of balancing the cars I feel like turbos may be better, but we didn't really get a fair test in the second race, due to the majority of the race being wet. However from what I have tested it looks like season 6 is going to be amazing and I can't wait for the season to begin. My POV's from both races:Turbo Race:
Non-Turbo Race:
Sorry for no volume on both races, plays TV doesn't like me

Lynx feedback: Defending against cars with turbos wasn't that hard, because the straight line speed of the Lynx is good enough for other cars to not get close enough to outbrake the Lynx. Attacking against other cars (both with and without turbos) were tough, because the Lynx has really bad brakes, so getting next to the other car utilizing power of the Lynx usually wasn't enough for an overtake. Even on the race where the Lynx was the fastest car on the track getting through the pack wasn't an easy job. It definitely didn't feel like the Verlierer in S04, where you just got next to the other car, and then brake almost the same time as the other car, because you can. I really enjoyed every battle with it. For now the Lynx might seems like a bit too fast for the non-turbo cars, but the track definitely suited the Lynx, I would like to see how the car feels against other cars on a more technical track. And of course I'd like to prefer the non-turbo GT3s, but it is early to say. (so we have more viable choices)

SAGTC Season 5 - Awards Ceremony - McKenzie/Blaine County South
Unfortunate strike when our event host Endersai hits the gasstation and causes carnage!
SAGTC Season 6 - Pre-Season Test: Chaps
A rainy test session in the Carbo proofed to be difficult. In a search for traction this was a rough ride!

From what I've seen so far the consensus is that the Turbos offered greater balance, with caveats that people aren't 100% sure on non-turbos because how much of the race was rain. We know I think from S4 that the turbos are balanced, save the Verlierer which in this work of wide corner stunt tracks has way too much top speed (hence its removal). So aside from anything else I think we're close to a decision and a thread will go up this week. Speaking for me - I told the strategy group this too - I'm retiring from racing in Season 6. I will still be involved, as Progen team principal and as safety car driver/pit watcher. Lag is just too problematic and has claimed every other Australian. Racing at 70% has been my standard for some time, and it's when I go on and do races with someone like Saber that I see how much I have to miss out on in terms of battles or racecraft. The Chaps races involved being rammed so often that I did an extra pit just to fix suspension damage, and couldn't challenge to overtake. Even leaving 4 car lengths wasn't enough to not tap grim and spin him out - I don't want that anymore. That's not racing. One thing I do and do well is spot and develop talent. We have a lot of quick drivers, but they don't win titles. And why? Because speed is a portion of the package. Mental attitude is another. Tactical acumen. The ability to see the big picture and learn something from every race, be it a win, a 5th place, or P13 and just outside the points. The ability to handle setbacks. etc etc So I'm going to put a Progen team together as team principal. Find drivers with talent and a good chassis and see what I can do with two quick drivers instead of just one. I'll manage everything - driver morale, team orders, pit strategies - so their focus is 100% on racing. I'll also add some commentary of the races by getting 4 streams up on Twitch just like we did with Sandy Steep/Cluck. Add something that makes the racing feel a bit more professional. When I get the fibre-to-the-node services later this year, my upload should be around 20-50mbps. That should be enough to make me no more nor less laggy than people from the US and I'll return to racing then. It will be interesting to see how Season 6 works out.

I still have issues at times with people but generally speaking I can still have good racing.
