i got promoted to representative but im still muscle on ts and in social club site it shows that im lvl 147 but in gta it shows that im still a (scumbag) lvl 1

I've relayed your question about TeamSpeak to the other commissioners. Someone with the right privileges in TeamSpeak will have to sort that out for you.
The level thing in GTA is a known bug. It usually fixes itself after a while. Nothing we can do about that issue from our end...

okay . Thank you  , maybe if i change my crew than rechange it to NODO maybe it will fix this bug ? |

In Teamspeak, us Lieutenants (blue snoopy) have the ability to assign the server groups.
If you catch any of us (mostly myself though) on TS you can just poke us and we'll do it for you.
I've got that Social Club bug as well on one of my accounts, i'm stuck at crew level 44 and have been for a long time. Not sure if it'll get fixed by leaving and joining back, hasn't worked for me at least.

I have the same crew level bug for my racing crew. Still shows me as level 11 and I have muscle that are 100+ and I own the crew. LOL
