So, recently I heard that this movie will begin a final trilogy for The Fast and the Furious Franchise. What I want to know is what are your thoughts on this, because I feel that Furious 7 wrapped a nice bow on the series, after the tragic death of Paul Walker. Now, I am all for giving this movie a shot, but it seems like a way to milk the series. As a final thought before I post this, What car(s) would you want to see in the movies?

Tokyo Drift was the last good one, after that it wasn't really much about street racing Tokyo Drift was awful. The setting was cool with the drifting scene, but god damn the plot was bad. Terribly bad. The whole story can be resumed into "I race to get the gurl boiiiii". No stake whatsoever. And it's not the pseudo Yakuza added during the last third of the movie that'll make it any better. Fast & Furious 1 was cool, put the street racing scene to the front, it was kinda new, with a robbery plot/police investigation behind it. Fast & Furious 2 was kinda similar, but even more so focusing on the investigation part. All the other Fast & Furious are more action movies than racing movies. Tokyo Drift is the alien, and it could have been the good kind of alien, but sadly it's the ugly kind of alien.

I thought it wasn't that bad, but then again I only watched it for the drifting scenes . Furious 1 was definitely my favorite though. I don't think it will ever get to be more street racing oriented than that.
