I can't decide between the Feltzer or Massacro. Massacro costs more but it's turning is more my style, and Feltzer costs less. but it handles alot better overall. However, I think the Massacro'll be fine in the corners with a spoiler, which one should I buy? P.S. NOT buying an Elegy it's too cheap.

Massacro is much more rigid, like you said, but has overall much better straight lines. I'd say it all depends on your preference. If you feel comfortable with a Massacro, go with it. I faced the same problem, but on PS3 and with Elegy and Massacro. I simply hate Elegy and feel much "safer" while driving Massacro so I ended up switching to it and found a LOT more succes by making less mistakes. Also, kudos for a good pun.

I have both. Massacro is easier to drive and set good lap times with. The feltzer is harder but more rewarding to drive and can set better laptimes on tighter tracks.
Like Broughy said in his video, they are inseparable. Whichever you choose you will do well with. Just depends on what car you like the feel of.
Personally I go with the massacro more often than the feltzer.

I suggest getting the Feltzer first, get the Massacro later. Its just based on what the others have said. Massacro - Long tracks with straights, Feltzer - Tight tracks

I really dislike the Massacro for anything besides the North Loop and CC/CCGP.
Most tracks I race with NoDos are very tight and technical, and the Feltzer just feels and seems to do better on those types of tracks.
Feltzer took a long time to get used to, but it's pretty much all I race in sports now. Even on North Loop.

I prefer the massacaro. I have the Feltzer on both of my character and the Massacaro only on my first, i'd get it on my second but i'm too stingy

For some perspective, the difference between the Elegy and the Buffalo (regular) on Broughy's testing is 6.5 seconds. Pretty much EVERY sports car is located within that range, meaning the range between them is smaller.
6.5 seconds/minute means the Elegy is roughly 10% faster then the Buffalo, so if you turn up with it in an endurance race on the North Loop for example. You would be lapped roughly once per hour of driving by the Elegy. (This is simplified, as the North Loop has more straights and would probably not favour the Elegy as much as it would on CCGP.)
One respawn quickly sets you back 10 seconds, especially taking into account the loss of acceleration as well as the horribly unstabile R* servers loading you back up. Sometimes it can take much more. Damaging your car can quickly knock off several seconds per lap because of steering issues. Getting a slide on your car in a turn can easily take off a second by loss of acceleration into a straight. A bad line through a single turn will atleast give you an extra tenth or two of a second on your lap.
Picking the car that you're the most comfortable with, and will make the least mistakes with matters so much more then picking the fastest car on the test track. Simply because your mistakes are what will cost you the most time.
I'd stay away from the very slowest cars, but that's also because they don't really handle great. Penumbra is ok but has too little straight-line speed.
Pick the fastest car you can stay consistent on your lines with and make the fewest mistakes over time with.

^I agree with your overall message.
But goddamn if you lose to a Buffalo S on the North Loop and you're driving an Elegy you really must suck a barrel of camel balls.

Massacro.. All day Love that thing.. I feel so comfortable with it, in every way. Maybe the feltzer is more agile. But i really only benefit of that on really tight tracks. Like an alley-race or something.. Eather way, i got both, but in 90% of the races, i end up choosing the massacro, since it's just so quick and secure around corners.

Feltzer, I've had some great battles in the past with my Feltzer and others in Massacros and I'm always the one tapping their rear bumper. haha
