Welcome to season 2 of the Xero Gas Muscle Car Championship!
Los Santos is about to get real exciting with the most popular muscle car racing series returning for its 2nd annual season!
This season will be headlined by 10 of the greatest tracks in Los Santos, with a field of 8 cars. Lets take a look at the grid:
Entry List
- Albany Buccaneer: One of the returning cars from last year, Albany hopes the Buccaneer can compete for wins this year.
Mods: No custom version. All mods are acceptable.
- Imponte Dukes: One of the 2 new entries for Imponte this year, they are certainly hoping it can be a championship contender.
Mods: Cannot have spoiler equipped.
- Bravado Gauntlet: A new entry this year from the maker of the very successful Banshee and Buffalo, Bravado is now entering the championship with the Gauntlet. Which makes it the first modern muscle car to compete in the series. They're hoping modern technology will pay off with a championship.
Mods: No racecar version. All mods are acceptable.
- Imponte Ruiner: With its dominating performance last year, the series directors have decided to not let the Imponte Phoenix compete again this year, so Imponte have responded by entering their newer version called the Ruiner. It will be the 2nd entry for Imponte this year.
Mods: Cannot have spoiler equipped.
- Declasse Sabre Turbo: Returning from last year, the Sabre Turbo is the first of 4 entries for Declasse. They will keep the same lineup as last season.
Mods: No custom version. Cannot have spoiler equipped.
- Declasse Stallion: The 2nd of four entries from Declasse this year, the Stallion is definitely one to watch.
Mods: No racecar version. All mods are acceptable.
- Declasse Tampa: The fan favorite from last year, the Tampa returns with high hopes of winning a championship.
Mods: All mods are acceptable.
- Declasse Vigero: the 4th and final entry for Declasse. With 1 win under its belt from last year, the Vigero could be a car to contend with this year.
Mods: All mods are acceptable.
Race Length: Each race will be 45-50 minutes long.
Pit Stops: There will be 2 mandatory pit stops, you can pit at any time except the first lap and final lap. Remember to be aware of your surroundings when pitting, Communicate with the people around you to let everyone know you are coming in, and don't dangerously join back right on the racing line immediately. Nobody wants to be that guy to cause wrecks that could easily be avoided.
Blue Flags: When the leaders are lapping you, move out of the way to let them by so both of you lose as little time as possible. If you hold up the leaders long enough you will receive a drive through penalty or potentially a points deduction penalty.
Qualifying: There will not be qualifying for the races. All the races will be set by reverse points order (Last in points will start on pole, 1st in points will start last) The first race will be set randomly. If you join mid-season then you will have to start at the back no matter what.
Race Start: We will have 1 pace lap in which we will go over pit procedure then lineup at the starting line. The race will start at a set time into the race, and will also have sticky bombs go off at the same time.
Fastest Lap: The driver with the fastest lap during the race will receive an additional bonus point towards the championship.
Practice Race: On the day before the race there will be an optional half length race for additional practice for those who want it.
Penalty System: In a dispute both sides will be asked to review the event and give evidence to their case. If guilty you will first receive a 15 second time penalty at the start of the next race, 2nd offense is a disqualification from the race, and the 3rd offense is being disqualified from the entire series.

3rd. 33
4th. 28
5th. 23
6th. 18
7th. 15
8th. 12
9th. 10
10th. 8
11th. 6
12th. 5
13th. 4
14th. 3
15th. 2

17th-30th. 0
Constructors Championship: There will also be a constructors battle between the 4 companies: Albany, Bravado, Imponte, and Declasse. The top finisher for each constructor each race is what will count towards the championship so it remains equal. It will use the same system as the Drivers championship. Let the battle begin.
Side Note: Updates for the points standings, results, and fastest lap will be posted on here after each race.
Schedule: All races will be on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. UTC time.
Round 6 Notes: Vinewood Raceway will be a NASCAR style race, with cautions (safety cars) anytime there's a wreck. Slipstream will be on. No mandatory pit stops.
