[PS4] Official NoDo voted playlists.

These are playlists of 5 races that have been hand-picked by the community. A new playlist came out on the 15th of every month for 5 months and gave us quality playlists in between Broughy Verified ones.

Rules:
-Lap races with at least 16 players.
-Each creator can have only one nominated track at a time. Creators who have been voted into a playlist can submit another track  for the following month. All nominations can be changed at any time before the poll is open.
-Tracks can be PS3 or PS4.
-You can nominate tracks of another creator (even non-NODO) if you enjoy it.
-Tracks that are already Broughy verified can be submitted.
-The vote results will be strictly respected.
-Tracks that have not been selected will be automatically included in the next poll if they get at least 1 vote.
-Tracks with only one vote for 2 consecutive months will be removed.
-Broughy tracks will not be featured as they are already well known. This will give one more spot for other creators.
-Track nominations will close on May 7th and a new poll will be created.
-Each person will have 5 votes. Poll will close on May 15th.
-The track with the most votes will end the playlist. Second place will start the playlist.
-This will end in May, giving us a total of 5 playlists. 

Think of it as the playlist you would most enjoy when voting.
