Has anyone else experienced a sort of heaviness to driving on PS4? It's like the game briefly pushes your car left when you first press right and vice versa. I notice in more in missions, but it's also showing up in free roam, specifically when you're being shot at or chased by the police. I don't remember this on previous gen so I figured I'd ask the question. Is it like a new feature - meant to suggest the character is more stressed and sucks at driving as a result? Am I reading into this too much?

It may actually be this whole Lizard Squad thing. I was flying a helicopter and it started to smoke. Driving seemed different and am not able to connect to GTA Online now -_-

Haven't noticed anything like that on XB1.

That's very strange too. I haven't heard of this Lizard Squad until now. It's not just NPC enemies either. Earlier I had gotten in a fire fight with another player it started happening again as I was driving away. I'd say it's my controller but I've got two and I swap out if one gets a low battery.

Ok, so I think I figured it out. Just now I was driving and saw a player on the sidewalk. Naturally, I move to the far side of the road and put my head down as I drive by, just in case he wants to pop off a few at me. Not a shot fired, but I still notice that countersteer effect. So it finally hits me: it's a result of driving with the head down mechanic active. I only noticed it while under fire by players or NPCs, and now it all seems so obvious. I suppose it's meant to balance out the extra protection given with the new feature. Big mystery solved folks. XD
