Heya folks, Gr1m here - or Gr1m_4c3 according to my rockstar social club username, but also Grim, Grimace, Boli (long story) or whatever else you can come up with work fine too
Basically got referred here after making a post about the state of racing on reddit and generally...lamenting stunt tracks, but I've been a longtime fan of the whole general 'clean racing without being overly draconian about it' approach NoDo has, and figured maybe it was high time to check this place out and see if I fit in.
Couple things about me as a racer? I love clean racing, sorta hate people who kerb boost like it's their religion, want to see a LOT more community-made circuits and have even made a couple of my own of....varying quality, admittedly. I also am a pretty avid collector of cars in GTA and my CEO garages are constantly being updated and re-arranged in order to make the best looking line-ups I possibly can. Some of my favourite vehicles are the Tropos Rallye, Vagner, Surano, Turismo Custom, Sentinel XS and the Coquette Blackfin, to name a few - but I really, really, really want Rockstar to introduce some classic British sports cars at some point, like a Triumph Spitfire or an old TVR or something.
Oh, also, a couple of other quick little side notes that I want to address quickly, I live in Australia, so timezone difference can be a bit of a pain sometimes, but hopefully I get to race with you all at some point or another, and 2) my place's internet connection has a tendency to be somewhat unstable, due to the way the wires were run way back when it was first installed and sort of just our general area being overcrowded and requiring restructuring. So, if I ever, ever drop from a session or a race, I 100%, absolutely guarantee that this is not intentional - it will only ever be because my connection has had a small hiccup, (which, annoyingly enough, is enough to drop me from a session.) So just in case that does ever happen, I give my sincerest apologies in advance.
Anyway, looking forward to getting to know, race, and be beaten by you all!
