Hello, I joined because I was fed up with people ramming me and using slipstream and catch up to hand me a L. I am terribly slow but when I occasionally have a good race someone makes it their duty to ram me off the track lol. I don't play too much but when I do I'd rather take an L because I suck not because someone rammed me.

I highly recommend checking out Slack on there, because it is the best way to communicate with other crew members.
