Today, I tried 5 times to connect but only the 1st worked... My internet connection was good... I checked it 6 times... In addition, the 1st time i bought white shark cash card and assassins creed freedom cry from ps store....assassins creed downloaded succesful but the money havent transfered yet in gta online

I wouldn't try anything until the PSN is back to 100% after the internet attack that's been going on over the last few days.

I wouldn't do anything money related on PSN untill stuff has settled down, today I was able to log in but now PSN has died on me again.
