There was a crew purge on January 12th. That may be the reason.

No, Broughy kicked me for mentioning on the forum in one of my posts, about my little racing crew having fun race nights occasionally. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal to invite some crew members to one of my race playlists...but it was a big deal to Broughy. Heck, I'm in 4 crews... and we all help each other spread the word about our events. Really a shame...I thought Broughy was a better guy than that.

I used to play a great game back in the day, on original xbox. It was called Mechassault. My first name is Russ, so when I signed up for xbox live, I came up with Russault .

Heck, I'm in 4 crews... and we all help each other spread the word about our events. Really a shame...I thought Broughy was a better guy than that. Whilst you did catch me on a bad day after seeing multiple spam messages and I apologise for not contacting you first, I still stand by my decision. I don't just see a spam message and decide to immediately kick or ban. I do a bit of research first. At that point you had two forums posts: one introduction thread and one post to make sure you're never kicked. That was it. You hadn't even logged on to the forum for days since then. You hadn't shown any signs of racing within NoDo and always had your own crew active, as well as mentioned it in pretty much every post you made. Beyond that, it has taken you a almost a week before you even realised you were kicked. Put all of this together in addition to the spam on our social club page and it paints a picture of someone who is more interested in his own crew than ours, and intends to only ever promote the things he's doing with his crew, not race with us. Power trip indeed. This crew gains members very quickly to the point where there are more people wanting a place than we have spaces for. I have no problems at all in kicking people who aren't actually going to be racing with us regularly (if ever) to make way for someone who will. I also have no problems with people posting their tracks, events, or even own crews if they're showing just as much involvement in NoDo, but when it's clear they're only here to get some more members of players for their own means I'd rather see the space go to someone else. Having said all that I do apologise for not contacting you first and that was a mistake on my part. Because of that you are now unbanned.

I appreciate your reply.I truly think you just misinterpreted my intentions, and I may have gotten a little hot under the collar in response to being misunderstood. I am a 55 yr old gamer, who just loves to race and have fun. I do not have any experience with these message boards, and am not the best at finding my way around on them. I posted in one of my posts that I was looking forward to racing with you guys. I was looking through different posts searching for any news of upcoming events...didn't even see the calendar link at top of the board. Sakibomb8o8 just pointed the calendar out to me a couple days ago. My bad. I truly meant no harm in my posts sharing my crew information. My crew is mainly about lighthearted semi-competitive fun racing with friends, and sharing creations. I definitely never intended to spam your boards, for any personal gain.
I respect your time and effort that you devote to operating your crew, and always have enjoyed and shared your excellent videos as well. I am a musician, and am not always available on weekends, but want to be as active as I can be in events. I have re-joined the crew, and hope we can start fresh with a better understanding of each other. Thanks, Russault.
