When you say it sucks, do you mean that it is slow or unreliable or that their customer support is bad? If you are on broadband then the provider doesn't always have a huge amount of control on the first two however trying a different router or phone filter might help. You could try upgrading to fibre.
I've used EE and sky and both have been fine for me however I think it helps that I live in a city.
