[XB1] Celebration of Speed (September 1, 6:30pm UTC

This will be the first event I've hosted so we'll see how it goes.  It will just be a simple 3 race playlist of fast cars on fast tracks.  The races will be about 30 minutes each.  I will randomize the starting order beforehand based on signups.  The tracks can be a little tricky so I recommend a lap or two beforehand if you aren't familiar. The cars for each track are now set & won't be drastically changed anymore.
