This is an event that focuses on team effort, and determination. Please read all of the below.
How the Relay System Works
- We have made tracks that at one section of lap, on a straight, the road is split into 4 lanes.
- There is a tyre stack at the start and end of each lane.
- At the beginning of the race, one person from your team will line up next to the tyre stack at the end of the lanes.
- When they set off with everyone else that set off first, you will then line up in their position at the end of the lane, alongside the tyre stacks.
- When they reach the set of tyre stacks that are placed at the beginning of the lane, you will go, and so on until the race finishes.
- Only the person that set off will register the points, so whoever goes first finishes the race, so think strategy.
- Communication situation: It shouldn't be too much of a problem not having a Mic, but it would probably benefit you as you would know when the race begins, how your teammate is doing on track, etc.
General Guidelines
- Depending on numbers, 4 teams will compete in a Relay Team Championship.
- Minimum of 4 teams.
- Teams will consist of 2 drivers both in different cars, For example: 1 person in Zentorno, and 1 person in Turismo.
- Teams will be selected by lap times on the first track.
- Fastest will go with slowest, Second fastest with second slowest, etc.
- This will be your teammate for the whole season, so good communication and composure is key.
- Once you have your teammate, think of a team name, or sponsor.
- When posting your team name on the forums, include team colours.
- Colours must be applied to all cars competing.
- Stay calm with your teammate during the race.
- Only 4 teams compete per event.
- If there are 8 teams, there will be 2 separate heats as the tracks can only accommodate 4 teams at once.
- There will be heats, For example: If there are 16 participants, there will be 2 heats. 32 participants, there will be 4 heats.
- If there are 16 participants, the top 2 teams will progress to the finals.
- Heats will occur on Saturdays at a set time (undecided), and the final on Sunday at the set time.
Practice
- This event is meant to be competitive, so practice sessions will be held throughout the week.
- Competitors must attend at least 1 practice session per week, otherwise they will be substituted for a reserve that has practiced.
- This is to ensure each team is familiar with the track, teammate and rules, and to reduce collisions.
- If unable to attend 1 or more practice session, please inform me or FuZioNxSHaDoWzZ.
- If you have practiced in times not specified above, please inform me or FuZioNxSHaDoWzZ.
Rules
- Teams will remain the same for the entire season.
- Each week you will decide between you, who goes first and second.
- This decision cannot be changed once the race has started.
- Off-road and tuner tyres are not allowed, but any other tyre type is ok.
- If a team does not sponsor a team or does not use team colours, penalties will be awarded.
- Penalties can range from 20 second time penalty, to even disqualification, depending on the situation.
- A penalty will mean it will affect the whole team, so don't let your teammate down!
- If your teammate is disqualified or drops out of the event, you can either: Find a new partner, Be a reserve, or drop out of the event.

That looks like everything! The rules may seem somewhat harsh, but we want the event to run smoothly and look professional. We are enforcing the rules so that everyone can have fun and for it not to be frustrating. Looking forward to the races!
