So, yesterday, I had a pretty evil thought. What if I "leaked" to some YouTubers the "contents" of the upcoming update? I sent e-mails under a fake persona about two new vehicles (Obey Rennen and the Benefactor Prestige) and the confirmed vehicles that will appear (one super, two sports, two sports classics, a coupe, and a muscle). I sent the message to two YouTubers. One of them came back to me. That one was idiotic enough and desperate for information to such a point he took what I gave him and he ran with it.
Of course it's all fake. I was messing with these bigger YouTubers, and seeing how desperate for info they really are. No surprise, oChaoticRavenger made a video on my leaked content.
Fun fact: There should have been one big red flag in the contents. A coupe was slipped in there, since when would Rockstar add a coupe of all vehicles?
If you excuse me, I'll be diabolically laughing for the next half hour and plotting a second troll.

To be honest I don't know how much of a "troll" this was, considering most of those cancerous money-glitch channels don't really care what content they put up. Content is content and that guy is making some real cash off of that fake info. haha  Still funny though! |

To be honest I don't know how much of a "troll" this was, considering most of those cancerous money-glitch channels don't really care what content they put up. Content is content and that guy is making some real cash off of that fake info. haha Still funny though! Proof about how desperate for content these guys are. That was my main reason for doing this. Doesn't really matter about money, and when the update is released with the leaked content missing, Ravenger will get negative reception for "lying to the community." Yeah, it pays now, but it'll cost him down the line. |

You should let people know that its fake soon just so everyone can finely know these youtubers don't give a shit, they only care for views and getting information out as fast as possible.

I would give it time to percolate and then try to make sure how easy it is to fuck with the system, maybe it'll make more of the community smarter about how they get their GTA news. We also may get a bigger call for R* to actually have a decent news section, I mane how many people care about their Red Hook sponsorship (I think that's something they regularly post)?

By name is [XXX]. Do not trust the display name, it's incorrect for safety reasons. I am a modder on the PC version of GTA V and noticed a couple strange vehicles added in the handling.DAT file. Most of them were unnamed (title.entity.VEHICLECLASS.MANUFACTURER), but two were. The Benefactor Prestige. The Prestige seems to be the vehicle seen in the screenshot. The vehicle has a very high maximum velocity stat (159 mph, almost as fast as the Adder), but remarkably low driving force for cars in general (0.25, effectively meaning its torque is very low. Its weight is similar to the Dune Buggy, so this thing is VERY light. Another, the Obey Rennen. The Rennen is a super with incredibly high driving force (0.39) and low drag (6.8), meaning a very agile car with lots of torque. Max velocity is identical to the Zentorno. The Rennen seems like it will be very overpowered, so I don't know about you, but it may be a good idea to save up for one like, now.
One final fact you may like: There is a total of seven vehicles added: One super, two sports classics, two sportscars, a muscle, and a coupe. The lattermost seems the most interesting because this is the first coupe added in a GTA online update.
