As you could guess, I'm a bit of a massive Bond fan.
Well, today's special - the trailer for SPECTRE dropped:
It looks pretty bloody amazing, except I'm not sold on the white dinner jacket. If he's not wearing it in Morocco or Mexico I'll be furious. Tropical climates only!
So, list our your favourites:
Favourite actor? Least favourite actor? Favourite film? Favourite novel? Favourite Bond Car?
Mine:
Tie between Daniel Craig and Timothy Dalton Roger Moore. He can and should just fuck right off. OHMSS OHMSS His Bentley from Casino Royale.

Favourite actor Sean Connery but Daniel Craig is really fucking good. Least favourite actor George Lazenby Probably the most forgettable bond. Bonds wife dies in his only movie, On Her Majesties Secret Service Favourite film I own all but like 5 so suffice to say Im a big fan, this is difficult but The Man with the Golden Gun I think. Favourite novel Frankly Ive never read the books nor have I ever seen one irl, not at a bookstore or a library. I know they exist and want to read them but Ill have to buy them all online at some point most likely. Favourite Bond Car.... You are evil... Only one :,( Aston Martin DB5 from goldfinger
Adding one.
Favorite Villian Scaramanga. Honorable mention Max Zorin. Christopher Lee slightly edges out Christopher Walken for best villian in my book.

The death of Tracy Bond is a heavy feature of the novel and informs its sequel, You Only Live Twice. It also says a lot about Ian Fleming; Bond falls in love twice in the books and in both instances they are killed.
I like the idea of a Best Villain. I would have to go with 006 from GoldenEye. The film is pretty much a straight up action movie with little of the Bond character in it but the idea of a 00- gone rogue is brilliant. They almost did this with Silva, but his plan was so cartoonish and ridiculous that I discard him.

Yeah Alec Trevelyan was a great character and I imagine if you put a pole up most people would vote for Goldeneye. Really good movie and its the reason a lot of people will say Pierce Brosnan is their favorite Bond even though I would argue he is a bit lacking in the suave and debonair department than the other bonds. He hits the one liners well but he feels a bit soulless to me.
