I joined NoDo just after the recent Purge on PC, but I'd had my eye on the crew for a while, even before I got the game.
Being Australian has made it difficult for me to get into jobs and playlists with other NoDo players, but my experiences with the crew so far have been nothing but positive. I really appreciate the level of maturity and politeness that I have seen on show, with many adhering to the rules and guidelines set out by the crew quite well. I hope that I am managing to do the same!
Also, I just started, but I've been quite prolific with the Creator mode in the game, and have already published quite a few tracks to the workshop. A playlist with some of my better races can be found here. Many of my tracks can be quite narrow and technical, encouraging players to drive through narrow alleyways and around tight turns. I like to imagine that I also offer some good tracks for more traditional sensibilities, and I've tried to represent that in that playlist.
