The WRC V Experience: Sequel

This will be the 3rd Rally Styled event I will be hosting, capping off a trilogy of success. This is much like my most recent event WRC V but a few changes and an addition.
WRC 2016 has already kicked off in Monte Carlo, with VW's Polo R supreme once again, but a late entry from Subaru has shown their new Impreza RS join for the Power Round, bragging rights only. They need drivers to handle the legendary rally machine. The Power Round ends with a Rallycross race for the classic rally cars, so double the tasks, double the challenge, double the fun.
Summary:
1 Rally event in the style of the previous event (rules below) in the new Sultan RS
1 Rallycross race in Classic Rally cars, the Stirling GT and Pigalle
18 Sultan RS Racers, which will be split in half for Stirling GT and half for Pigalle for the RX Race (9 each)
WRC Power Stage starts at 8pm UTC, Friday 12th February (PRE-LOBBY AT 7:30PM UTC ONWARDS) followed by the RX race, lasting roughly 90 minutes including wait time
Rules/Outline:
A traditional Time Trial, where a racer will go one by one to complete the downhill circuit as fast as possible. You will be given a time when to set off, each driver will go at a 2 minute interval, someone will watch to make sure you don't jump start. You will then race as fast as possible to the other finish gate, marked where I will be standing, taking notes of the finish time, where you will then pull over and watch the rest take their turn.
Times will be calculated after the event has concluded, which I know is an annoying wait, but this is as authentic as it can be for a WRC event. It will either be streamed so I can take not of everything after the event has concluded or I will record everything and determine the times through watching it back. I expect a lot of people to not join because of this waiting, so please think hard if you are willing to sit around waiting before signing up. Anyone who races then quits will be disqualified from a result. If you disconnect after finishing you must show proof of you disconnecting through video footage. Finishing will be a drag race from the Gate to the final CP, sticky bomb start to have a bit of fun

Restrictions:
Sultan RS must have S Racer Sport Wheels, no other restrictions
Pigalle and Stirling GT must have Rally Master Tuner Wheels, no other restrictions
TRACKS:
The WRC Rally Stage course will remain hidden until the event, meaning you set your time with no track knowledge
The RX race will be around Lucky Jim's with 1 Mandatory Joker Lap Link
