Hey folks! I have been considering creating a secondary character to screw around with up in Blaine County. I want him to be a mullet headed, squirrel eatin', red neck off roader, that is supported financially by his rich and famous street racing brother (my primary character) that lives in L.S. What I would like to know, has anybody had any issues with this? I would hate to lose my primary character, or any of his money, vehicles, garages, weapons, etc. Also does anyone know if car mod and weapon unlocks carry over to a new character, because I don't really want to unlock all of the car mods again. Any help with this would be appreciated!!! Thanks Nodos!

Kudos to you if you try, but I just don't have the patience to get a second character. I've been spoiled with every paint colour, gun, armour and performance upgrade and I have no intentions on going back.

If your first character has everything unlocked, you'll probably find it incredibly annoying up to at least level 20, perhaps much higher as you can be pretty defenseless against grief up to that point. The benefits of a high level second character depend on what you want more from the game. I got mine solely to double my garage space but other than that there's little reason to get a second. I've never experienced any problems switching between mine in any form, so you wouldn't need to worry about that.

Both my characters are over 120 now. I keep their use balanced by not having the same things for both of them. My racing garages are different for both characters save for a few exceptions. Each update I alternate buying the big ticket items with characters so each has their own merits to be used.

Just be careful at the switch character screen. I've almost deleted my main character twice now.
Wait for the next double rp weekend to do any serious ranking. Last time I gained like 50-60 ranks by just doing playlist after playlist. 10,000rp per win adds up quick!
