I have had this really annoying issue, where a cmd popup pops up from time to time and tabs me out of games. Here is a screenshot of the issue: Any tips anyone could give me about the issue would be nice. I have checked those filepaths and those files do not exist, not even as hidden files.

Are you using an Acer computer? DriverSetupUtility is a shareware developed by Acer. My bet would be that the problem lies with that piece of software. It is used by UpdateStar so if you have that installed try to uninstall it.

It seems like a task scheduler issue. If the problem persists:
There are utilities to get to it faster, but you can go to windows search (or control panel if you want to search for it) -> task scheduler. From there you should be able to disable ones that are causing you trouble.
If the problem still persists then, it is most likely a service or startup program issue. In which case you would use msconfig.
