I've been seeing this game on youtube and it looks pretty cool. I've never gamed on PC but it looks like that game is exclusive.
I'm wondering if I looked for a copy would I be able to play it? I got a bit of a older laptop, has a CD/DVD drive, and from what I can tell of the game I should at least meet the minimums (requires 2GB RAM, I have 3GB, 1GB HDD I have way more then that, dual core processor I should have that.)
What I'm not sure is the game has Windows XP listed, is that just the oldest program it'll work on? My computer is a Windows 7. If it works on XP will it work on 7?
And biggest issue is I have no idea what the graphics card it, best I can say is it's a Windows 7 Toshiba, whatever that would have in it by default, that's what's there.
I know my brother tried Far Cry 2 on it before and that couldn't run. The game would boot up and technically run, but the picture was laggy and choppy. It's only a off the shelf laptop PC, it's not meant to be a serious game rig anyway. It's only meant for internet browsing, some small browser games or such, things like that. But from what I can see it doesn't look like Spin Tires is a overly taxing game.
Biggest issue is cheapest I see it around on Ebay is like $30 -$40 Canadian, seems a bit much for a game I'd be taking a gamble on. I can go to Wal-Mart and get a budget bin PS4 game for $25.
Anyway just thought I'd get some opinions if it's worth it to bother or not.
