Recently, I bought a new hard drive for my ps4 and have been re-downloading all my games since. I downloaded all the updates for gta v but the game itself won't install. It either stays stuck at 0% or gets to around 50 % and then crashes, telling me the disc can't be read. It's not dirty or scratched and I gave it a clean just to be sure so, I don't believe that it's a problem with the disc itself. I've tried disconnecting from the internet and then installing the game, deleting the update files and trying to install the game with out them but nothing seems to be working.
Is there anyone else who's had this problem and if so, do you have any solution for it?

Don't you have a friend with another PS4? Maybe yours is the problem and you should try install the game on his console and see what happens that way you can see if the problem is your console or the disk
