(XB1) Introduction

Well hello everyone, I think I have officially found myself a new home. From a young age I was always fascinated with NASCAR racing and always had a dream to become a racer myself. My true love of track racing came when I purchased one of my first games on my Xbox 360, Forza 4. My friend recommended this game to me since he was a large fan of racing. I bought Forza 4 just a few months before Forza Horizon came out. After enjoying all that Forza 4 had to offer in those few months, me and a couple of friends decided to buy Forza Horizon. Playing Forza Horizon with my friends felt like the best time of my life, we could race, do fun events, and even just roam around. But as time went on I started to become better and better at racing to the point where my friends were no longer a challenge for me. That is the point where I took a break from racing games since I didn't have anyone to compete with me at the time and give me the thrill of close races. Then in December of 2015 I decided to purchase GTA5 since all my other friends had the game. I instantly fell in love with the game. It felt like I was playing Forza Horizon again but better. Then around January 2016 I ran across Broughy's videos and I realized how large of a racing community GTA5 had. I started looking for more and more videos of people in the racing community and I wanted to become a part of this community. So that January I decided to download all of Broughy's tracks and push myself to become a better racer. Being from a Forza background I already knew certain things about racing such as racing lines but I kept learning new things everyday about racing from Broughy's videos. Eventually I started racing with my friends and within a short while they were no longer able to keep up with me. I'd win just about every race against them and it was starting to get boring. I didn't want GTA5 racing to end for me like how Forza did so that is when I decided that it is time to join a racing community on GTA. I want to find people who will give me a challenge and who will push me to my limits, that is why I'm here and I'm happy to be a part of the NoDo Racing Community.
