So, I encountered a trio working in unison to block the course. Two were blocking choke points, one was actively waiting and following racers to spin them out, and block them so they can't proceed. I reported them for Unsportsmanlike conduct through Xbox live. This really annoys me, and yes, it was a public race.
But I hope we can all agree that people who join races JUST to make the people who want to race- experienced or not, fast car or slow car, experiences troublesome and downright annoying- the TRUE scumbags of the racing game mode. I don't know how I managed to dodge someone blocking the choke point where you drive on top of the Tube part as a bridge in Trench II.
I won't mention their gamertags or their Crew for some obvious reasons, who knows, they could have a loving wife and kids. Don't hate the person, hate the player.
I'm sure both PS4 and PC/RSC has some sort of way to report Unsportsmanlike conduct. I believe on XBL it damages their "reputation" rather than reporting them for cheating, which would offer them suspension or a ban.
I'm not too sure why I wrote this, I did place in second, a fair race for both me and the winner (I hope), but I felt bad seeing 6+ people get their race ruined through ultimate scumbaggery. I hope many, if not, all, will agree with me.
