Hello gearheads and welcome to my first NODO event! People like loud obnoxious cars, like muscle cars. Muscle cars are cool. Who here has a problem with muscle cars? No one, that's who. So I'm dedicating this event to some of the finest old school muscle around. The one caveat is, these particular cars are better known for looks and the aforementioned aggressive sound rather than speed. Leave your Dominators in the garage for this one folks, and good luck!

Start Procedure:
This will be a multi-class GT race. The GT 1's and 2's will start first via a sticky bomb, then the GT 3's and 4's will start 15 seconds later also via a sticky bomb. Starting grid will be randomized.
Pitting Procedure:
There will be 1 mandatory pit stop. Just make it through the pits as quick as you can, no need to stop. However don't go hauling ass back onto the track if there is traffic coming through, wait for them to pass first. If all goes to plan there will be a pit watcher on duty. NO pitting on the first lap. Since the pits are about half way through the track, the pit watcher will not be there for most of the first lap since he'll be at the start line starting the race.
Extra information:
Race rules: Standard NODO racing rules apply. Multi-class GT rules are in effect, you are not required to get out of the way of GTs in faster classes and can stick to your racing line, however you are not to actively defend against them either. Blue flag rule is in effect for faster cars within your own class. If being lapped by a car in your own class please safely allow them to pass.
Pre lobby rules: No bull in the pre-lobby, as if I even have to say it. Start a ruckus and you'll be on the sidelines in no time.
Pre lobby meet up: We will meet at the parking lot across the street from Legion Square, in the downtown area.
Other info: Add me on PSN, my info is in my sig. Closed friend session will be the pre-lobby so all you have to do is join.
Pit Watcher: If someone wants to be race starter/pit watcher I would greatly appreciate it.
Other rules: I understand that players will from time to time DC from a race, nothing can be done about this. However, sometimes players at the back of the grid decide they're not having very much fun and decide to call it a day. If this happens, make sure you leave the race completely. No parking your car off to the side so you can jack around beating up pedestrians and what not. I've seen this before and it does nothing but cause issues. If this happens and it affects the race in any way you will be reported to a NODO commissioner, and also won't be allowed in any future events I may hold.
Respawning: Absolutely no respawning during the race unless you're completely stuck. If you have suffered significant damage to your car, use the pits.
Cancelling: If you have already signed up for this event and have to cancel for whatever reason, post in this thread or send me a message on PSN. Please don't pull a no-show.
