| To find a heist crew make a post on the #glitches-tricks slack board tagging people from this thread asking for people to join you. Slack is the official live chat client used by NODO and so that is what we are using. This will also keep this thread clear from people spamming - ALL organisational messages should be kept out of this thread! Current signed up players for each platform:

🔧How it Works
| Start out with completing all PAC Standard setup missions (with any crew) When sharing the money, make sure that the host get 0% and the remaining 3 players are sharing all 100% The host can not be the guy that carry the money during the heist finale neither can he be the demolition, which leaves crowd control as his only option. When reaching the Dinghy (boat), make sure that the host IS NOT the one controlling the boat. He should be in a passenger seat When leaving shore sailing towards the final checkpoint, the host should prepare to disconnect or close the game (unplug the ethernet cable, disable the internet adapter or "end task" in the task manager) on command. Around 0.5 sec. (shortly) before the mini-map disappears and the heist is done, the driver tells the host to disconnect. The heist ends somewhere between the highway bridge and the final checkpoint You can confirm that the glitch have worked if everyone got their share and if the host get a new invite to finish the heist from Lester |

| Remember, when following these methods almost everything you do exploits a bug/unintentional feature in some way and so they do not always work out as expected.
Both methods have the same goal, getting the money-man to the Dinghy without taking any damage and losing money. The hacker should always carry the money since the demolition have to leave to bank to activate a checkpoint where the hacker do not. Both methods requires at least one guy who is not carrying the money to own a Armored Kuruma and the 0604 Las Lagunas Blvd, Apt. 4. Both methods only require one (the 'runner' - preferably from crowd control) to run to the bikes. The runner should try to reach the first getaway checkpoint before 30 seconds, there are two reasons for this; the money-man (hacker) will not have to leave the bank to activate the checkpoint himself also the helicopters usually will not spawn.
Method OneAfter the runner have reached the bikes, blow them up to activate the checkpoint. Now the runner can kill himself and everyone will proceed to the 'failed' screen where everyone have to press restart. Now everyone will start at the bikes, once again blow up the bikes and go get everyone in the Armored Kuruma and drive to the Dinghy.
Pros: Everyone respawn at the bikes and therefor do not need to collect the checkpoints down the alley. Also everyone except the host earn additional 4K for the attempt.

| Method TwoAfter the runner have reached the bikes, blow them up to activate the checkpoint. Go get the Armored Kuruma and up to the bank to pickup the rest of the crew. Now drive down the alley again so that the rest of the crew activates all the checkpoints. Drive to the Dinghy afterwards.
Pros: This method is a lot quicker also the heist will not get disrupted.

💡Tips 'n' Tricks
| EssentialThe host don't make any money. So the host task need to rotate between the crew members. There are different ways to organise this, one way is to have a host and a co-host. They will take turns being the host. In this case the money should be divided as following; host: 0%, co-host 50%, non hosts: 25%
If you have problems getting into the apartment - getting the apartment is not available error - try to call Lester while attempting to enter. If you cannot enter because of the police targeting you, this YT video suggest a workaround for that
To prevent damage and losing money after getting into the Armored Kuruma, let the money-man sit on one of the back seats. Try not to hold still for too long. If you are carrying the money make sure to always duck your head. As the driver, try and avoid big crashes
When driving towards the Dinghy make sure to grab all the checkpoint so the cops will leave you alone
when you reach the boat

| SecondaryIf you've grabbed all checkpoints you'll end up in a Armored Kuruma on the edge of a steep cliff. You can do three things; drive as fast as possible over the edge and, land the car on all four wheels (will not take any damage) or jump out of the car and parachute down. Parachuting is the quickest method but is very dangerous. The 3rd option is to drive slowly down the mountain, this is slow and there is a chance of losing control of the car which can end up in taking damage
Don't shoot the police after getting into the Armored Kuruma, this will only make the police more aggressive
If you are doing method one, there is a glitch where if you enter the apartment, invites the rest of the crew with you and then bring them down to the garage, sometimes the police will not spawn at all. No one except the owner can give the game any input (moving, turning the camera etc.) from entering the apartment and before getting down to the garage
Everyone should wear a heavy utility vest, this requires that everyone have a saved outfit using it. Also remember to chose 'player saved outfits' and not 'from selection'
When you are comfortable at being the runner, you can chose to not use the utility vest to minimize the time. It is a matter of preference, speed vs. safety
While in the bank, one from crowd control can hold a RPG (do not work with the launcher) to max out the bar without shooting a single bullet

Alright, I found out something that is important as well. The host (which will either disconnect his ethernet cable or force shutdown his game) can not be demolition. He needs to be crowd control.
