I finally figured out how to record GTA on my PC, and I'd like to make a series of race track reviews to showcase some of the community's creations. These videos will be commentated, featuring one lap to show the flow of it and a second one with feedback about individual sections. The format is limited to (semi-)competetive racetracks, so please no stunt tracks (things that are marked as stunt races are, of course, allowed, just nothing with big jumps or wallrides etc.). Videos will all be linked here, so no need to subscribe to me on YT. You can submit a track by posting a link to it in this thread. Please only submit one track at a time, once that got reviewed you can submit another one. Submissions Currently: Closed-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GTA Online Track Reviews #01 Introduction Chepalle LSIA Raceway: rsg.ms/76bcd16Maibatsu Testing Course: rsg.ms/073dbe3-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GTA Online Track Reviews #02 AFX Big Block Battler: rsg.ms/0eabdf0Fullprop Raceway: rsg.ms/d956bc0

I really like the idea. Looking forward to some in-debth reviews of proper tracks (your own are a bit more showcases than reviews and that slotcar track didn't have much in it for a good review) One thing however: if you stop somewhere to explain something, I'd recommend to not do too much in-game in the meantime. Some slow cam panning or so is fine. Bug your doughnutting at the entrance of the banked turn had me close to vomit.

Yeah, can't really review my own tracks that much, that was more of an introduction for the series. Totally agree. I tried not to make it too boring by me just talking without anything going on during that time, but that was definetly too much and the in-depth part kinda isn't just about entertaining. So standing still while explaining is the better way to go. But I think that this will get a bit better over time, especially as I am not going to make the same explaination about skytracks the next time one of those comes up (though I expect I'll cover some things like curb-boosting/-surfing sooner or later xD).

Yeah same, I really am looking forward to these. So I can add races that I might like! I really hope you'll not make them in german because yeah, in here you also do the talky talk in english . For the rest, maybe get like an extra person to race asside with you to see what kind of overtakes you might be able to make and the cornerings! Still gonna sub to you xD

I generally didn't have any problem with your first video. Maybe except that I already knew your tracks which made the video a bit boring for me, but that is besides my point. I'm really looking forward to the series and I hope that it will result in some great reviews

Thing is that I would need a person who is aware of what I want to do and not just rushes off as soon as he overtakes. xD On the other hand I might just host decent tracks in the weekday playlist, but that would make it take longer between the submissions (hope I get some) and the review.

Ooooh! Someone wants to test tracks! Yay! Try mine! mine! mine! *jumping up and down like steev* I had compact cars in mind (to not only having to race supers and sports), it is quite short, has a pit lane (with primary checkpoints to avoid GTA respawn issues on the track), competitive with a little hint of lmao. Track name "Otis Redding" (for PC). URL: rsg.ms/3ec6705

GTA Online Track Reviews #04 Style of the Circuit Style of the Circuit: rsg.ms/228cdb2Thanks for the review man, you really helped. I cut off some shortcut lines in the new version, and added more life to some areas of the map that were quite bland in the start.

Just a short PSA: This series is on a short break since I have some holiday-preparations and am kinda busy playing and enjoying the **** out of the new update. However I am going to review all these tracks at some point, likely starting sometime next week, unless everything is covered in snow.
