Maybe @grodo and Oh_Darn can train the GT1 drivers so it's even MORE competitive  Main way to improve is: Git Gud. On a more serious note. If anyone is interested, I can upload my lap. |

Oh god...WHAT HAVE I DONE... That being said, only enter your times if they meet the event guidelines pretty please :) For reference of those that don't have the time to do endless practice laps, I myself have averaged around 2:06-2:07 for Vacca and around 2:13-2:14 for Bullet. I'm NOT the best hot lapper so there is a strong chance that these can be improved! Wait... let me check if I was using a stock car. |

guys getting 2:02 on this track on a Turismo gotta be cheating  went 6 laps today, best lap was 2:10 I am certainly one of the worst drivers here, but 8 seconds difference? I have no idea how one can build up so much speed on this track  |

I have no idea how one can build up so much speed on this track Secrets of going fast is knowing your lines, braking points, having a good setup, short shifts and hitting the mdsb where beneficial. Try 30 more laps and see where you stand. I didnt get below a 2:05 in my first 10 laps. |

At first in a RE-7B I was getting around 2:04 but after about 100+ laps the best I've gotten was a 2:00.95 . Just give it some time Don't forget, it's not all about being the fastest or above average for these lap times. It helps, but being able to hot lap a track doesn't mean you'll also be able to compete or defend your lines, stay consistent, or even pay attention. \ Keep practicing, you'll get there Also, 6 laps for trying to do hot laps is not really that good. You want to the track repeatedly |

I have no idea how one can build up so much speed on this track :( I'm definitely a terrible driver and I tried with Turismo for 4 laps, got a 2:09. I'm not even cutting any corners, simply because I didn't know the precise breaking points and steering angles. Optimizing those can give a 3-5 seconds boost. The rest maybe MDSB and other techniques I guess. Also, make sure you are running at a high enough frame rate. I used to be playing with no more than 30 fps. The lag and unresponsiveness was just devastating. |
