Well fuck me, looks like I won't be racing today. I'm getting the unable to initialize direct x 9 device. I've restarted my computer, updated rivaturner and my amd driver, but nothing is working The solution to this is simple.... 1. Disable your video card in device manager. 2. Launch GTA 3. As soon as the launcher window changes from the blank screen re-enable your video card. 4. Profit. |

Oh and the can of carling to I have so little room on my desk, the lager had to sneak in shot. The penguin thing is a blue-tooth speaker. The quality of it is bad and I haven't had a need to use it. Race Stewardsdoompenguin - bladecruiser - The_Bad_LoserDecision1. Racing incident
All independant stewards agreed to rate this incident as a racing incident with no further action to any of the involved drivers. To further clarify this decision the judges rated the overtake of car #09 and the following action to let car #03 regain their position as to agressive for the overtake and clumsy for the performed action to wait. The way of car #03 his move to regain his position was seen as similarly agressive and clumsy. The judges saw any actions to not come from malice, but more from misjudgement of the situation.2. Warning to car #03The judges with this post speak out a warning to driver #03 janx93 for unsportsmanlike behavior after the race. Another warning will result in either a time or grid penalty. To further clarify this decision the judges do not accept the mentality of blaming and shaming other drivers. The races are tough enough for themselves. Some drivers take it more serious and other just want to race for fun. But overall we do not want to see anybody being blamed for a bad result you had in a race. So we advise that if you feel like somebody cost you a race you wait till the heat has cleared and think again if you want to make an offensive statement. Even if it seems alright to you, others can be hurt by it. |
