Decided to drop out of this event and move back to playing on PS4 permanently to do some upcoming events on there and it is simply too hard to compete at the top level on both platforms. Sorry @zenvohh and Grumples_Plox (grimreaper977) |

Just showing up for the sake of it is not fun for me. I've been back on PS4 for the past 2-3 days. I've only just realised how much I've fallen behind on there in terms of pace and with MCEC on the horizon, if I get picked and I want to win it then I need to be at my very best, just like I'd need to be on PC to win this event, competing against drivers such as yourself. Might be an unpopular decision, but I've thought about it quite carefully over the past day or two and I've made my mind up.  |

So it would make them happy if I turned up, totally unprepared, not really having much fun for all the remaining races just for the sake of it? I wouldn't want Zenvoh to do that.
People drop into and out of events all the time, I really don't see the big deal. I was up front and honest about my reasons. I have apologised straight away to grim and zenvoh. In the first three races combined, it wouldn't be unfair to say I put in the most effort out of anyone. I did more practise laps for one race than most people will do in the entire championship. It's not about lack of effort or laziness for me. It's about whether I can actually enjoy the remaining races. Right now I don't think I will.
Sometimes things just don't work out, which sucks, but for me this is one of those times.

i enjoyed racing with you and i really dislike people who drop out of events - just trying to change your mind is all. i already know im in the minority when it comes my opinion about signing up and pledging your attendance, so
