** Official Augury Insurance KI6SC News Bulletin ** ** Steward Incident report ** Welcome to another incident report for the Karin I6 SuperCar Championship. 1. Accused - Oh_Darn For - Continuous Dangerous & Aggressive Driving Evidence Submitted: Race 1: Race 2: Stewarts Decision:After speaking with multiple other Adjudicators we have agreed to give Oh_Darn a 10-second penalty for race 1 & a 5-second penalty for race 2 the majority agreed that 3 of the incidents were because of darns actions (video 1, 2 & 5). The two others are more of a grey area in regards to who is at fault (video 3 & 4). While Darn did wait for most of these I believe that the sheer amount of aggressive driving displayed and reported to myself warranted the first races penalty the group of adjudicators agreed with me on this. For Race 2 the majority agreed that this kind of move is not allowed as per the rules he did not leave enough space for the attacking driver & did not wait after instigating a dangerous situation that resulted in a crash with three participants. 2. Accused - tonysoprano1985 For - Dangerous Driving (Swerving into incoming traffic) Evidence: The Adjudicators & I agree that this complete lack of spatial awareness is dangerous to himself & others around him. we all agreed to place a Strong warning for this kind of behaviour and that if this continues it will incur severe penalties and I will escalate it to a crew level. 3. Accused - Mistarr For - Avoidable incident Evidence: I personally believe this to be a racing incident, but I will be issuing Mistarr a warning for unsafe track re-entry. While all three drivers in the area could have done better to avoid any contact, we all believed that Mistarr could have done the most to avoid the situation that was created. These decision are final! ** NEWS BULLETIN END **

First i was like but then it hit me that Well maybe u should care. Grim and many others have put a lot of effort into hosting the event and also dealing with incidents and trying to find the best punishment for each incident and all u say I don't care. Sorry but you have no respect for others who work had on planning great events. Like seriously, get a grip and start respecting others.

Mistarr what the hell are you doing? What is this kind of attitude? You are obligated by this Crew to respect other players. There was an incident and to be honest you got away nicely. Just accept it and move on. Stop getting so defensive and start insulting everyone. That kind of behavior is unacceptable. Now apologise.

If anyone does not agree with a warning they receive within an event, they are free to forward it on the a commissioner. That said, failing to take a warning seriously is bad news for you, as if the action continues you will not be allowed to join further events, even more so if your attitude is rude and unsportsmanlike.
Saying "I don't care lol" and then saying "i did accept the incident" does not line up at all. Further discussion should not appear in this thread, PM it to someone appropriate if needed.

The Adjudicators & I agree that this complete lack of spatial awareness is dangerous to himself & others around him. we all agreed to place a Strong warning for this kind of behaviour and that if this continues it will incur severe penalties and I will escalate it to a crew level. no worries, i am aware of my awareness problem, i mainly used the closest cam, now switching to a more far away cam to get better at it. but anyway, your racers lives are not longer in danger anymore at this event, have to pull out of it due to work schedule changes, its now a litte to late for me, so thanks for organizing it grim, was fun so far and good luck to all remaining participants :-)
