Why can't people just respect track limits like functional people? Cause a racing driver is defined by the fact that he will cross over everything in his way as long as it doesn't slow him down I guess I am more of a Brundle set of mind not a Vettel set of mind. EDIT: a quote from Martin Brundle about the US GP last year: {} “I think they have to change the name of the venue from COTA (Circuit of the Americas) to ZOTA because the F1 drivers treated it more like a zone than a circuit, helping themselves to any bit of hard standing which suited their progress,”
“It's like allowing footballers to move elasticated white lines, or cricketers to move the boundary or crease as they see fit. Or permitting boxers to throw punches from outside the ring."
“It's fundamental to pretty much any sport that you have a clearly defined sporting arena and discipline, which is then refereed to a set of rules. Words fail me on this aspect in F1, it's authorised cheating.”

Look, if DrKloden wanted his track limits to be slightly different, he would have placed those checkpoints slightly differently. Side note - that is a great find and definitely won't trigger anyone. The size of the checkpoints in the game makes that mute, cause if you start placing checkpoints to avoid corner cutting or being able to take wider lines you then get people complaining about checkpoints not being on the apex of a corner (cause and I quote "it is what they are used too"). so it is a lose-lose situation, unless Rockstar allows you to set the specific area you can get a checkpoint (as in how Forza Horizon does it) there is no point.

Or use a thicker prop or place one beyond the inside barrier to block it off and not worry about it.

Mute = unable to speak/make sounds Moot = having little practical relevance I love that Brundle quote though. Stealing that for SAGTC.

all this drama even after i said i would fix it. the real meme would be if you removed that barrier entirely to make it safer to take that line

Übermacht hype!!! Although i got to say it feels extremely weird to pronounce the name correctly and not butcher it like every english speaking person ever Anyway, as we are not allowed to use our precisely engineered racing machines, Übermacht is not responsible for any engine failure (disconnect) and may not be associated with such. Non the less we will make sure to check and modify the provided vehicles to meet our requirements as much as possible and ensure a clean race.

Don't worry we will modify the Futo to make it Überpowered

the openness in that turn is intentional I think it's fine. You don't gain any time by jumping those tire lines. Any other type of barriers or addition of barriers would break the track.

Ok didn't know if it would be a problem or not. I don't think that it would be a problem with someone gaining time but with someone using that line and gaining any time but if they used the line they could cause an accident. That was my concern about it. If its fine then Ok cool.
