FriendlyBaron tried the track and the 6x6 in his evening playlist, and I want to thank him very much for pointing this out. If you choke or otherwise mess up, do not turn around on track like you would do with a normal car!!!
The 6x6 is very large and has an enormous turning circle, so you end up blocking the whole track.
Stay still, hold down accelerator & brake, then steer in the direction you want to go.
That way you stay still while turning around, making it easier for other people to anticipate what you will be doing.
We will pay close attention while enforcing this rule, not for the sake of punishing, but for the sake of running this event smoothly. Someone choking and then blocking the whole track by turning around normally will cause a huge pile-up, and I don't want that to happen. Sorry for the late notice, but this is very much required to not have this end in a shitshow. I will point this out before the race as well. What if you know the track is clear for next 10secs+ behind you? |

There will be a sequel. Might be on my track (that was in the poll), not sure yet. Date also unknown.

oh this reminds me FriendlyBaron sorry for that crash in the beginning. Avoided wild flying benimi a bit too much and I for some reason had troubles turning, guess we were stuck together. great event tho beta, would love to see it again and hopefully I don't choke 5 positions in the final 2 laps lols. |
