On the start of the race
This crew has always had issues with first corner/lap incidents. Everyone is close by, digging for early positions and lagging like crazy. People yell and complain about this, and every time I repeat myself - please help yourself by helping me - send in video or written accounts of specific instances. Someone messing up and causing an issue in a single corner is not going to get them banned from the crew, stop being scared to report things. I want everything sent to me so I can make a case of people repeatedly causing issues, and work with them by showing/telling them what the right thing to do is to improve their driving, not just going "oh you cause issues you suck you get banned from crew". If I could spend my entire day doing this for us I would, but that doesn't pay my rent.
Getting angry and yelling about things is the easy way out to pretend you are actually helping, when in reality it doesn't help and only sours the morale of the crew.
On The race split
From what I hear/see, there is enough evidence/video recordings to compare the final finishing time of the drivers who were split from the main lobby, which would seem like a good way to go as it happened so late that most people were likely spread out already. I've recommended that to Kaleeb, which may require asking the people who split for more info about when they pit and such.
On lapped cars in the way of the leaders
Lapped cars are expected to remain alert and get out of the way of people lapping them via blue flag unless otherwise stated in an event (in which this event explicitly states blue flags are in effect). Failure to do so is against crew guidelines and will be dealt with as such.
As for "they are teammates it doesn't matter where they finish" - besides the human constructs of pride, competition and achievement, there is also the mathematical construct of drivers standings which does make this matter quite a bit.
On the Blade vs. Kaleeb after the race
Again that trying to "solve things" while tempers are high never really solves anything, just makes it worse. Wait a day or two before talking about things when you've had time to cool and think rationally again. Nothing needs to be talked about so soon that it cannot wait. Coming into an event you don't partake in or are not helping run and doing as such just makes it even worse, as talked about already.

"What did I hit?"
"Your skill ceiling"
is the best thing I've heard in awhile.
