The timing of the new Vagner is a bit unfortunate, but I don't care! These two bad boys are so closely matched that I don't know which one is faster. After a bunch of testing (special thanks to janx93 , Divait , imfishy and obihoernchen ) I'm confident that this should be a fun matchup. This race will be an endurance race that will take a bit more than an hour.

Starting procedure
First there will be a qualifying session to determine the grids.
The race will be set to non contact and 3 laps. Everybody will group up and start qualifying at the same time.
The grid will be made according to the finishing positions in this qualifying session.
The actual race will start with sticky bombs.

Rules
Standard NoDo Racing and Etiquette Guidelines Apply.
There will be a 60 FPS limit just like in any other event.
Other than that, just have fun. That’s the most important part.
Incidents that happen regarding breaking these rules or unsportmanshiplike behaviour may be forwarded to the commisioners.

Curb boosting and track restrictions
There are no curb boosting restrictions.
Track exploits such as: shortcuts, wallriding, exessive wallboosting, pro-lines, etc are NOT allowed.

Full blue flags that apply to anybody being lapped by anyone.
Pit procedure
Every car has to take at least 3 mandatory Pitstops.
A pit means driving through the pitlane.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You are not allowed to take a pitstop untill in-game lap 5, and you may not pit on the final lap.
Finishing without having done all 3 pitstops will result in 15 seconds being added to the race end time per missed pit-stop.

Signups
You can signup as a team or solo. A team contains both a seven70 driver and a specter driver.
Teams will need a different primary color and wheel color than teams that have already signed up. However, having both dark blue and bright blue on the grid is not a problem. As long as the colors don't look alike too much I'm happy.
