THE RACING HERITAGE

CHAMPIONSHIP

Every Sunday starting October 8th at 8:30 PM UTC (20:30 UTC) until the last round on October 29th

During the mid-season break of MCEC, what can we reflect on? How about racing some cars that started pushing the limit of how fast a vehicle can go on tarmac. In this championship we will be taking some classic supercars around Los Santos and Blaine County to remind us how much fun racing can be, and where the ideas of the modern speed demons of today came from.

Available Vehicles:

Grotti Turismo Classic (NO SPOILER)
or
Grotti Cheetah Classic (NO SPOILER)
or
Pegassi Infernus Classic
or
Pegassi Torero

Once you pick a car, you will have to use the car for the duration of the championship, unless approved by me (RJ)

NO OFFROAD TIRES in this event

Timetable:

Dates: October 8th, October 15th, October 22nd, October 29th
Pre-Race Lobby: 20:00 UTC (8:00 PM UTC) (The pre-race lobby will be a friends session. I will do my best to send out invites, but feel free to join the session starting at this time)
Race Lobby: 20:25 UTC (8:25 PM UTC)
Race Start: 20:35 UTC (8:35 PM UTC)
Race End: 21:20 UTC (9:20 PM UTC)

Event Information:

We will be using GTA mode for each race, but borrowing cars will not be allowed unless approved by me beforehand.

It is recommended, not required though, to be in game chat throughout the duration of each race, to allow for direct communication with everyone.

Start Procedure:

We will be using FriendlyBaron's Championship Grid Creator to determine the start positions for all races. The race will start on sticky bombs

Pitting Procedure:

There is ONE MANDATORY PIT STOP for each race. It cannot be on the first or last lap.

Respawning:
You are only allowed to respawn if you are in an unrecoverable position. The tracks will have a pitlane if your car needs repairs.

RJSlow I am available to compete in Round 1 only of this championship, but would it be okay if I could sign up anyway and just compete in round 1? If so, I will need to borrow a car from another participant (as you know I don't play enough to be rolling in money, and I am happy to accept any of the four cars to use in the race I can make). Please let me know if both of these are possible.
